On wednesday the 29th of juli, the pre-EC-meeting is held at City Hall, Vindictivelaan 1, Ostend. On the program:
- from 9h00 to 12h00 : for entries (fees), and documents check.
- from 14.30 to 17h00 : official preparatory meeting is scheduling races, composing juries, etc.
The openingceremony starts at 19h30 near the Community Swimming Pool, Koninginnelaan 1.
