2 and 3 wheeled frames will not be allowed at Outdoor Nationals (U.S.A.) this year. According to CIC rules, you will not be allowed to use them for competition. Even if we saw some participants still using them during the prestigious 'Trophée des Trois Pistes' no reason has been indicated so far for not using them. But probably, this won't have an impact on cadets, junior nor senior categories for the upcoming European Championships.
